Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks troubles. Clear golden. Infected aroma, funky, fruity olives, sourish, bitterish touch in the finish, vegetables. Badly infected.

330ml bottle from Boxhka in Moscow as Munich Helles Lager. Pours deep gold with a small white head. Aroma is heavy DMS, caramel, fruit. Taste is light sweet, caramel, grain, fruit. Almost flat. Very strange sort of helles.

Keg at Jamaica, Minsk. (as Svetloe/Helles) Clear golden, rich creamy head. Floral, grassy nose. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready with grass and floral hops. Low-medium bitterness. Pleasant.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy dark orange with a small white head - quite dark for a helles. Aroma brings out herbal notes, boiled vegetables and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with herbal notes, boiled vegetables and skunk cabbage. Way too herbal in the unpleasant sense, with boiled cabbage on the finish. Not good.

Bottle at an AirBnB in Minsk. Clear golden color white head with nice retention and lacing. Aroma of white pepper and fruit. Taste is tart lemon. What?
Draft. Deep golden color with fine white foam. Aroma: malt, bread, a little caramel, candy, pear and a bit of spicy hops. Taste: fresh, malty, bread and caramel, light fruity, mild hop bitterness, good drinkability.

Tap. Light amber. Clear. Huge frothy head. Good retention. Lacing present. Aroma of Bread, DMS, grains. Light body. Grainy taste. Sweetish. Bready, some caramel & DMS. Light grassy bitterness. Not style-like imho. Rustic. Drinkable.
