Bottle @ hotelroom, Liepaja, Latvia. Pours very dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, bread, dark chocolate, caramel, some licorice. Flavor is malts, caramel, dark chocolate, toasted bread, licorice. Medium body, soft carbonation. 141015

0.5l bottle (shared by suurjuust, thanks!). Pours dark brown with light brown head. Th head stays for some moments. Aroma is roast, malt, dark chocolate. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, roast, dark chocolate. Finish is roast bitter. Overall: very good.

50cl bottle at Valmiermui?a Alus Tirgotava, Riga. Poura very dark brown with a dissipating beige head. Aroma of dark malts and dark fruits, some roasty notes, hints of dark chocolate and dark dried fruits. Medium sweet with nice dark flavours and slightly dry and bitter finish. Nice one and decent like the two previous ones.
