Twin Flames is an experimental Red IPA, split into separate releases with one being carbonated and one nitrogenated. This is the classic version, popping with berry notes and vibrant bitterness. We're expecting some intriguing differences in aroma, flavour and mouthfeel between the two canned beers, so please let us know what you think!

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a dark brown with a off white head. Aroma is hoppy forward with a malty nose. Taste is spicy, hoppy, biscuit, malty.

Can at home, from Siren online, 12/02/21. Deep reddish brown to amber with a good sized light khaki cap that stays until the curtain call. Nose is blood orange, bitter tropical fruit rinds, caramel malts, pine needle, dusty hops, candied fruit peel. Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, candied fruit rinds, light hop spice, grass, caramel, cheesecake base. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly resinous balanced hop bitterness. Solid exponent of the sub genre.

Appearance is chestnut brown, with a foamy beige head. Aroma is toffee, malt, fruitcake, nutty malt. Taste is caramel, fruitcake, rye, biscuity malt, hint of milk chocolate, sugary dark fruit.

Can at home picked up from Siren online. A light hazed reddy amber coloured pour with a creamy beige head. Aroma is nice earthy bark , sticky woody pine, . Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody pine, jammy pine, bark, creamy. Firm bittereness. Palate is semi sweet, light sticky, smooth, creamy. nice nitro.

Can at home, by the fire, 20th November 2020. Pours a brown red beer, nice white head, looks great. Aroma is malty, citrus. Taste is bitter, malts, pithy, citrus and bitter marmalade, nice and complex, bitter caramel and citrus linger. Love a good RIPA and always liked the Liquid Mistress

Can at home picked up from Siren online. A light hazed murky brown red coloured pour with a lasting beige cap. Aroma is nice big sticky pine, bark, tobacco, toasted malts, bark, jammy pine, twist of orange. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, biscuity, toasted malts, woody piney hop, bark, jammy pine, sticky. bitter woody bark. Palate is semi sweet, big hop resin, moderate carbonation.

Can at home, from Siren online, 30/10/20. Murky mahogany brown with reddish hues topped with a lasting beige head. Nose is dried berries, light pine, bitter orange, grass, orange marmalade. Taste comprises Seville orange marmalade, pine resin, caramel, light candied fruit elements, hint of grapefruit, caramelised brown sugar. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced hop bitterness. Solid for the sub genre ... chugs well.
