Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a dense, off-white head with good retention. Nutty aroma, subtle caramel. Lightish body, burned caramel, toffee and nuts with only a hint of hops. Not quite perfectly British in style, but close - and well made. Also very soft water in this one. 140817

BOTTLE 50 CL from Beerfox. Almost clear dark mahogany, creamy beige head with good retention, Sweet caramel and jammy aroma, notes of earthy and minty hops. A bit cheesy. The taste has the same simplistic sweetness, only partially balanced by some spicy hip bitterness. Too sweet, anyway,

500ml Bottle - Hazy copper with a foamy head. Raisins, caramel and sultanas in the aroma. Malty, fruity, earthy and slightly sweet taste but it unfortunately has some metallic notes alongside the more pleasant caramel and dried fruit.

Tap at Porgu, Tallinn. Clear deep amber color, small steady beige head. Berries and caramel in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Some caramel, grassyi gooseberrish flat. A bit berryish aftertaste too. Ok.

Orangish color with a white head, medium lasting. Aroma has notes of light caramel with some herabl notes. Flavor has hints of ginger, herbal tongue, honey as well with some bitterness. Dry mouthfeel on palate with slightly bitterness.

0,5L bottle, BB 14.08.2014.Pours dark amber-copper with off-white head. The head stays. Aroma is fruity, dry, and malt. Flavor is fruity, sour, caramel, and malt. Finish is mild bitter. Overall: ok-ish, would like to try fresher sample.
