Turbid-mashed on 300 l of original Million Minutes wild culture, primary-fermented for 205 days in plastic cubes, secondary-fermented for 273 days in wine barrels, and matured on 500 kg of raspberry for 215 finishing days.

Funky fruity aroma, sour raspberries, funk, almost like tannic leather. Some sweetness but closer to dry. A bit acidic, red winey. Not bad.
