Frank's Smoke House, Morebeer Brewing and Berging Brewery joined forces for this new beer. We launched the Smoke House Eagle on April 7th at Frank's Smoke House. The first round was on the house. We lit the fumes for delicious smoky snacks and ordered some tropical breeze and sunshine to go with it.

From Frank's Smoke House the Eagle spread his wings. Carrying bags full of smoked malts he decended upon Brewery Berging, where the 3 brewers Sjors, Kay and Timothy from Morebeer Brewing awaited. Under a watchful eagle eye they brewed this delicious Rauch beer.

Draught at Arendsnest. Orange amber with a medium head, good lacing. Aroma of smoked malt. Flavour is smoked caramel malt, a little toffee on a dry rauch finish.

Tap at Arendsnest, 18th April 18. Pours a cloudy orange, aroma is smoke and malt. Taste is smooth, smoke, malts, pretty good.

Draft at Frank’s Smoke House (Release event). Very cloudy orange brown with an off white head. Aroma of fruits, lightly smoked malts and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
