Mee Chai means “To conquer and be victorious”. It is a blessing to the fight as they enter the ring. Mee Chai IPA is a vibrant blend of Chinook, Citra and Simcoe with malt sweetness paired with floral and citrus notes. This IPA has an elevated hop bitterness yet gives a smooth and clean mouthfeel.

330ml bottle@Kiew-kai-ka, One nimman, Chiang Mai. Slightly hazy golden body, with medium head that diminishes into a spotty layer. Grapefruit, lychee, pineapple, passionfruit, flowery notes and hints of lemon. Some bitterness and medium bodied. More interesting and balanced as it gained temperature.

330ml bottle from Big C Market Pantip, Chiang Mai. Poured a an unclear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is light melon. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat light, slightly watery, light toffee, light citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Dorada levemente nebulosa de espuma blanca de retención media. Aroma frutal, melocotón, uva. En boca es ligera con buen punto de gas, sabor sorprendentemente dulce pero muy frutal, con predominio de melocotón y albaricoque. Amargor moderado.
