0.45l bottle recommended by a local in a supermarket in Rimini. Hazy yellow body with a white head. Doughy yeast in the aroma with some bready malts, lemon zest, apples and floral hops. Taste of apples, hay, bready malts, lemon zest, doughy yeast and floral hops. Maybe some metallic notes too. The body is a bit weak and could use a tiny bit more from the hop bitterness, but I think it's still nice.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy orange/gold with an ok white head. Aroma grains, apples and a little bit of yeast. Taste of apples, grains, cereals and a vague yeasty fruitiness that’s almost vinegar-ish. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Thin mouthfeel. Disappointing. And once again I was fooled by a fancy bottle shape and nice graphics. Shame on me.

bottiglia 45 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo pallido velato, al naso e in bocca cereali mais note citriche, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro percettibile. Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è inesistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo ed agrumi.
