We have had the honor of traveling to Yakima Valley to select our own Citra® hops from the fall harvest. An incredible experience, and now we finally have the opportunity to brew with it. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden

Can from Stacks.
A: hazy pale yellow, stable, foamy, white head.
A: white pepper, grapefruit, mandarin, pine, shallot, vague thyme.
T: sweetish mandarin & peach, bitter grapefruit, spicy shallot, dough.
F: floral & peppery hops, bitter citrus pith, grapefruit & dank onion.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, average carbonation.
Quite good, albeit on the harsh side.

Gusjegrå. Uklar. Høy skumtopp som varer. Fjærlett sitrusaroma. Smaken søt sitrusfrukt. For søt.

200ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Remaining white foamy head, spotty lacing, unclear golden body. Tropical fruity aromas with citric moments. Fresh fruit hoppy flavours of grapefruit and pineapple joined by craft malts. Prolonged hop fruity finish, bittersweet. Fine depth to it. Pretty nice. (Tromsø, 13.01.2025).
