375ml bottle shared @La Tana (Rome) with ippopotamo36. Pours a deep violet (amazing!) color with a thin foam. Aroma is fantastic, so powerful and persistent, vinous, red grapes, blackberry, wow! Flavour is very sour, aggressive but pleasant, fruity, vinous, black currants, complex like a good wine. Medium body, medium carbonation. This is a real world class lambic!

Light sweet flavor, juicy and citric, quite funky, with notes of apple and musty berries. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart finish, drying, with some berry skins and light acidic bite. Also, salty. Very good.

0,75 bottle at La Tana pub in Rome, shared by mortlach. Thank you mate. Pours a vivid purple color, little bubbling head which leaves spots and nothing more. Nose: impressive stable smell, prominent and pleasantly aggressive. Esters and red fruit in the background. Mouth stays round with the complexity of a wine and vinegar notes all around. Balanced and very good!
