Can from Beerdome. Aroma is firm roasted malt with coffee, notes of dark chocolate, caramel, burnt malt and a hint of liquorice. Flavour is medium sweet with a roasty bitter conclusion. Fairly full body. Solid classic thick roast vibes. Drinks below its abv.

Can. Side by side Player One and Player Two. Color: Both black, thin light brown head. Aroma: Both Roasted malt, dark chocolate, hints of licorice, sweetish. If there is a difference, it is very subtle. Maybe slightly more licorice at Player Two. Taste: Player One: Roasted malt, some burned sugar, hints of dark chocolate and licorice. Very smooth, silky full body. Boozy hints. Player Two: Again not much difference. A little more dark chocolate, maybe a little less licorice and a little sweeter than Player One. If I hadn't tasted them side by side, I don't think a had been able to tell any differences and even side by side it's very hard to describe. Rating: Unsurprisingly both the same.
