Bottle at Conrad's. Pours hazy dark reddish amber with medium white head. Aroma is intense raspberry, cherry, yoghurt, vinegar and yeast. Taste is medium sweet, faint bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and acidic with notes of raspberry, cherry, redcurrant, vanilla, almonds and caramel.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy purple with small pink head. Aroma of tart raspberries and vanilla. Acetic with underlying, somewhat chemical sweetness. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Tart frozen raspberries covered with a thin layer of custard. Excellent for a pastry sour, meaning that is relatively tolerable.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Reddish amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is raspberries, some nectary and mild wooden tones. Flavour is raspberries, some wooden and mild tart tones with some mild vanilla to it.
