First brewed in 2010. A beer brewed according to the original recipe of the 16th century beer masters of Bavaria. The Weiss Damm is a type of beer in which the yeast does not filter (hefe-weissbier), which gives it a cloudy and pale yellow appearance. An aspect that led to it being popularly baptized with the name of "Weissbier", white beer.

Bottle bought in a Barcelona supermarket. Pours a hazy golden colour with a long lasting solid white head. Aromas of wheat, malt and hint of lemongrass. Fairly sweet. Dry finish. Liked it.

Bottled 330ml. -from random shop in Madrid. Cloudy yellow/orange coloured, medium to big sized white head, light wheaty and strong canned corn presence in the nose. Mild malty, light wheaty and spicy with notes of banana in the finish. Light weizen.

0.33l bottle. This is a hazy orange one with a really nice everlasting just off-white fluffy top that's leaving big lacing down the glass. Soft and a bit subtle perhaps on the nose with wheat, some lemony citrus, pear and soft yeasty undertones. Not bad at all though. It's average on the carbonation with a soft oily - almost watery mouthfeel. Light wheat flavors also. It's a actually not bad tasting at all. Slightly dry and really grainy on the tongue with a faint acidity in the background. Almost flour-ish dryness. An OK weiz, not way to much more than that. 02.02.2013

330 ml test bottle from the importer. ABV is 4.8%. Cloudy golden colour, large white head. Medium strong and sweetish aroma of over-ripe bananas and cloves. Fizzy mouthfeel. Medium sweet flavour, notes of cloves and some banana again, but lacks the touch of citrussy freshness that other hefeweizens have. Still very drinkable.

Bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Has a very hazy dull light orange colour with a off-white medium and whipped eggwhite-like head. A bit mild aroma of coriander, sweet fruit, lime, banana chocolate, yeast and something perfumy. Faint taste of pale malt, hay, pear and some spices. Light and slick mouthfeel, and a light bitterness. Decent, nothing more or less, and feels a bit hollow.

Big white head. Hazy yellow body with light carbonation. Spicy wheaty oily aroma with yoghurty dried fruit notes. Dryish, faintly acidic, wheaty mealy orangey taste with earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish earthy, slightly dirty, wheaty mealy aftertaste with fruity notes. Strange. Partly very good, but marred by that dirty earthiness.
