West Coast IPA with Pilsner malts, US ale yeast and loads of Summit, Citra, Mosaic cryo, Idaho gem, Strata and Comet hops. The label of this beer is the shipwreck on the east coast of Epanomi. Epanomi, Thessaloniki is the place where we are building our brewery and beer garden.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is toffee, some nectary tones with mild herbal and resin tones. Flavour is floral, some toffee and some resin and mild herbal tones. Pleasant nectary somewhat sweet aftertaste with mild resin to it.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Dustey grapefruit aroma. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Surupy malt with grapefruiry hops atop. Resinous bitter finish.
