A classic textbook dank West Coast IPA with a dash of contemporary character thanks to the hops of Crosby Hop Farm. We chose to brew this one with a simple yet bold malt grist of Extra Pale and Golden Promise, imparting a rustic allure to the beer. Expect lime zest, pine needle, and freshly cut grass aromas from the yeast/hops interaction. Refreshingly bitter, seriously awesome. Named after the surf wave in Chile, Punta de Lobos.

Lightly cloudy orange with a white head. Citrus and grapefruit forward (but not intense) with light floral in the back. Medium mouth. FInish has a snappy carbonated bite along with citrus. Nice beer.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is zest, some caramel and some mild nectary tones. Flavour is floral, wooden, some herbal and mild nectary tones with some toffee and mild biscuity and bready tones to it.

opalescent to hazy golden to pale yellow colour, minimal ecru-ish (off-)white head; aroma of peach, some tea leaves, apple peel, slight orange peel oils - and basically nothin else; taste has similar notes as can be felt in the aroma with moderate hoppy bitterness and some biscuity-malty notes; labelling this beer as West Coast IPA should be a (bad) joke - it is not really bad, but I feel myself really mised...west coast ipa a faszom!

Can at home, picked up from Bier Cab Barcelona, 25/03/24. Almost clear golden with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine needle, crisp malt base, grapefruit, ripe melon. Taste comprises orange zest, pine dusting, grapefruit, melon, lychee, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with lightly aggressive grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Solid WC affair.
