Introducing Essential One, a foeder-aged American Sour blended with crisp apples, balanced by the warm spice of palo santo. This beer is inspired by the beautiful and complex aromatics of Palo Santo. Palo Santo, which translates to "holy wood," is traditionally burned and is believed to have the power to purify and clear bad energy. Our love for the aroma inspired us to utilize it in a different elemental state and see what happens when you infuse.

Orange body, with a big, creamy, off-white head. Aroma of of pina colada, minty herbs, wood, moderate vinegar. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes dry, wooden, herbal, minty, fruity, a bit acidic. Interesting and quite unique, with lovely pina colada-like notes and fresh herbal and wooden notes. Really characterful stuff. Taster From bottle at home. Amber hazy color, small white head. smells coconut, coconut milk, spices, rather nice, rather gimmicky. full body, soft carbonation. tastes coconut, spices, vanilla, herbs, wood, bit salty. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of coconut, vanilla and some pepper. Rather nice, gimmicky, on the dry side, very good one
