A copper colored beer with a fluffy off-white head. The aroma is sweet with dusty notes from the hops, and some notes of nuts. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, leading to a dry metallic bitter finish. I donβt like the hops used.

Bottle. Greyish dark amber colour. Small head. Low to medium bitterness. A little more hoppy than standard Danish christmas crap beers.

Bottled. Golden with white head. Nice carbonation. Pilsner-malty aroma. A citric-fruity and malty taste that is not too pleasant. Fruity-bitter aftertaste. A saint should have a better beer named after himself. And it should not be sold as a Christmas beer. Discount-lager would do better, but it probably would not sell as that. (051128)

Bottle. This is the worst beer I have ever tasted!!!!!! But it looks good. It tastes of bad bread. Avoid it for goodness sake.
