Bottle. Golden orange colour with a beige head. Aroma is fruit, yeast, sour, citrus. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, apple, citrus, orange, sour. A little bit too sour for my taste.

Bottle. Pours a golden body with some floaties and a little hazyness. Small, dense, beige head. The aroma has the usual Samsø sourness, but it also has a sugary sweetness, fruits and a touch of alcohol. Quite pleasant for a Samsø, at least if imagined without the sourness. Quite astringent in the mouth, with a lot of sugary sweetness and a fruityness. Alcohol too. Medium full body. Long sourish finish with a supporting sweetness and warming alcohol. Could probably be interesting without the sourness, which I assume is from infection, not fruits. Or maybe it’s too sweetish, guess I’ll never know. (080102)

Wuhuu, a missing Samsø brew, and one of the x-mas brews, yuppieee... From 50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy, orange with no head. Aroma is roasted malt with a sour note and a spice. Flavour is spicy, malty but still dry. Flavour has the orange on top as a soft note. Soft mouthfeel. Sweet finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Enjoyit/MPA. Almost clear amber golden with a rough, off-white head. Burned and oddly chemical caramel notes. Medium-bodied, lightly sweet caramel, somewhat tired and oxidized. Doesn’t really appear infected which by Samsø standards is a quality by itself - perhaps the alcohol kept the germs down. Fairly drinkable. 200507

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is of burnt caramel and a very sharp spicy note of cinnamon. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and lighter notes of burnt plastic on a slightly acidic back ground, leading to a dry end. Thanks to Papsø for this seldom beer ;-)

Bottle. Almost no head. Muddy brown/yellow colour. week to no aroma. Ugly acetic initial flavor. Nice moderate average bitter finish which helps so you can actually drink this stuff. OK palate.
