Bottled. A hazy orange-amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and caramel, as well as light notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of burnt malt and herbs as well as a slight acidity, leading to a dry bitter finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of chris_o. Hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Weak aroma of malt. Light and somewhat watery body, vitamin accents and a touch of nuts. The finish is dry. 100507

Bottle. (at papsoe’s pre-festival tasting) Golden-orange body, almost clear, with a small, white head. Caramel, malt and some hops in the aroma. A bit regular, but it’s not bad for a Christmas beer. Pleasant bitterness in the flavor to fill in with the malt and caramel. Medium to full body, and a finish that is mostly hopped, leaving the malt in the background. Pleasant and quaffable. (070510)
