Handbottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet wtih notes of caramel and burnt plastic, leading to a dry finish.

On tap at Cafe Conrad. Served a murky, reddish brown body with a small, dense, beige head. Fruity and sweetish aroma, both fresh and dried fruits evident. Dried fruits in the flavor, with a little yeasty notes, some spices and dark sugar, as well as a little warming alcohol. Slightly sticky and effervescent in the mouth. Full-bodied. Sweet finish with dried fruits, some spice and a little alcohol. A quite nice attempt on a dubbel or something similar. Suited my taste at least. (080302)

(On tap) Almost clear reddish brown with a small beige head. Distinct coriander aroma with notes of dried fruit and yeast. Solid body with plenty of fruit, yeast and coriander. Fairly bitter finish - especially for a Belgian Ale. Yet another fine beer from Vejle. 290308

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy red brown with a lasting off-white head. Lightly fruity yeast with some spice in it. Dry and over-spiced flavour, mostly coriander.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours golden brown and clear with a lacing white head. Aroma is light spiced and a bit yeasty. Flavour is mild spiced, holds some annis seed, and solid caramel malty. Spices take over into the finish. Spiced lingering finish. A bit more balance would be good too spiced for my liking but still nice.
