This medium to full-bodied beer, pale to golden in color, is most accurately described as a Bavarian wheat beer. The aroma and flavor of this unfiltered beer is decidedly fruity and spicy evoking tastes and aromas of cloves, nutmeg or sometimes vanilla with banana-like esters. Can @ Rowdy Rebel Revel, Sønderborg. Pours hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with malty notes and touches of hops and fruit. Sweetish flavour of malt and banana, with hoppy and estery touches. Hints of fruit. Bitterish and estery aftertaste. Not bad, just a little too American in its nature - I could do without the fruity and floral hints.

Can, 5.2%. Lagery aroma, hint of coriander. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is sweetish with a medium bitterness to balance a bit. Some dough and white bread in the finish.
