Cask, at the Wharf. A clear one, golden in color and with a minimal-sized off-white head. A light touch of butterscotch starts the aroma, with biscuity malts following. Rather simple, straight forward and boring. The flavor has a nice bitterness, with citrus peel, pine cones and biscuity, lighlty toffee-ish maltyness. Smooth, medium body, and a nice bitterness in the end. A quite drinkable and tasteful beer, but it will never be a favorite of mine. 111008

Cask. Clear golden with a somewhat rough off-white head. Some flowery hops in the nose. Medium body, carbonation is a little low, has a light fruit sweetness and a good, dry hoppy finish. Very drinkable. 011011
