Bottle at home. Courtesy of the brewery. Has a slightly hazy bronze colour with a very big light beige head. Aroma of phenols, hay, grass, cilantro, pepper and lime. Flavour of grass, hay, phenols and some lime. Some bread in the background. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium level bitterness. Nice aroma and pretty hoppy for a saison.

On tap @ Kick. Unclear orange body with a medium sized, lacing off-white head. Nice spicy aroma with a hint of pale malt and general fruitiness. Flavor is light, refreshing, light malty, some fruit, and a bit more bitter than expected from a Saison. Feels a bit rustic farmhouse with high carbonation. Medium body with a pleasant aftertaste. A rustic Saison with high drinkability.

On tap at Kick. It’s a bit unusual this one. Especially aroma- and flavorwise. It looks like a regular saison, unclear and golden colored with a finger thick white head on top. I struggle a bit defining the difference, but it’s sort of firmer and stricter than normal, with a piney fruityness, some grass and pale malts blending in. It’s very dry on the palate, perhaps a bit carbonated, but with a very fine bitterness. Fruity, light tropical finish with resins and pine cones. Unusual, but I think I’ll have another one. 140920
