Cask, at The Wharf. It pours a clear golden body under a minimal sized white head. Just a rim of bubbles actually. The aroma is on the fruity side, with a pleasant piney touch and some citrus zest. Quite subtle flavor too, with a nice bitterness, some malty notes and resiny, piney hints. Medium body, very smooth on the palate, quite dryish. Lasting bitter finish with nice hoppy flavours. A pleasant, easy drinkable beer, tasteful too, but not very Belgian. 140831

Cask@Charlies Bar, Copenhagen - pours hazy golden orange colour with a creamy persistent white head. Aroma and taste is medium sweet fruity and malty, with orange and lemon citrus notes, lots of floral and herbal nuances going on (coriander), refreshing and easy drinking on such a hot evening. Not a massive "Tripel" fan, but overall liked and appreciated this cask take on the style.
