Bottle at home. Has an unclear yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and is quite fruity. Flavor of citrus fruit, white bread, coriander and grass. Fruity is also the taste of mango, Belgian yeast, citrus, herbs and dry hay. Slightly acidic with a small amount of alcohol. Has a smooth and soft mouth feel, medium body and light bitterness. An excellent wit that sends me to wonderful days in Brussels. Fruity, balanced and very solid.

Hazy yellow color, with a fine white head. A bit acidic, lots of yeast, some fruit and wheat in the aroma. Moderate sweet, and moderate bitterness. A bit fizzy carbonation. Wheat, fruity, yeast and herbal flavor. A bit to much yeast in this one.

On tap @ Kick. Dirt murky orange with a big, lacing white head. Aroma is quite acidic with yeast and bread. Flavor is both sweet and sour, fruity, lots of yeast and bread. Medium body and sour fruit in aftertaste. Quite acidic actually and not much at all reminds me of a wit. Will re-rate another batch if possible.

On tap at Kick. An unclear orange colored beer topped by a dense finger thick white head. The aroma is quite herbal, with some banana. Pale malts and a touch of orange. It’s quite dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level, medium to full body. Oranges, some bitterness, hints of bubble gum and banana, and a touch of spices and pale malts. Lasting fruity finish. Not your average Belgian wit, but it’s a fine one anyway. 140703
