On tap at the brewpub. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a finger-thick white head. Some apples, grass and a malty touch in the aroma. Decent bitterness in the flavor, grass, apple and a malty touch in the back. Medium body and a nice carbonation level. Grass,apple and a light bitterness in the finish. Some Belgian yeastyness. An easy drinkable beer, although a bit sweet. 140615

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, belgian yeast, apples and hint of malt dust. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
