On tap at the Brewpub. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is hop, malt, pine, yeast, hint of butter. Flavour is hop, malt, pine, yeast, butterscotsch. Easy drinkable, but could have more punch.

On tap @ Christianssand Brygghus. Everyone seems to go for hoppy lagers these days and that might sounds like a good idea as a summer thirst-quencher. This one is unclear yellow golden body with a moderate sized white head. Aroma is nice and refreshing citric fruity with lemon, pine, lemongrass and a hint of popcorn. Flavor is citric fruity as well with lemon and quite bitter. Medium body and bitter aftertaste. It’s a nice thirst-quencher for sure but not the best one from the brewery and there is also better beers within this style out there.

On tap at the brewpub. An almost clear one, golden, with a finger thick, dense off-white head leaving some curtains. The aroma has fruits dominating, with some malts in the back. Oranges mostly, and some grains. It’s full bodied, and quite dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. The flavor is almost too bitter, some malts kicking in, and quite a lot of fruityness. Citrus. Lasting bitter and fruity finish. A unbalanced, but sure drinkable. Prefer a regular IPA though. 140626
