Draught @ Christianssand Brygghus, Kristiansand
Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, orange and a hint of citrus. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long orange, citrus and pine finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap @ Christianssand Brygghus as “IPA Amarillo & Simcoe”. Hazy orange body with a thin, lacing off-white head. Nice fruity aroma with citric and ripe fruit. Flavor is sweet malty, caramel, smooth citric fruit, ripe fruit and distinct bitterness. Fine body and bitter aftertaste. Another nice IPA from CB, might be a bit on the sweeter side for my likes, still nice.

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear golden-orange beer topped by a creamy, finger thick off-white head. The aroma has little room for the malts, pink grapefruit, pine cones and orange zest dominates. The same goes for the bitter flavor, where there’s even more pink grapefruit. Full body and a pleasant carbonation level, semi dry. Lasting bitter grapefruit finish with some malty flavors. A little bit drier and more aroma, and this is just where I want it. Lovely. 140626

On tap at Tollboden as Tollboden nasty monkey brew. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, malt, peaches, pine. Flavour is hop, malt, peaches, fruit, pine. Bitter finish. Nice easy drinkable beer.
