33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 25.09.2015
Aroma is faithful to sorachi ace: dill, plastic and chives. Also mild apricot tones. Foamy palate with too much CO2. Flavour has dill, plastic tones, apricot, fruity notes, some herbs and mild grass notes. Well, if you’re into sorachi ace this might be your thing. But there must be something wrong with you then.

330ml bottle, BBE 25.09.15

Pours orange with a massive foamy head. Aroma of pure Sorachi Ace horror with loads of dill, bubblegum, grass, hints of cucumber, crisp malts and chives. Taste is crisp, sweetish and hoppy with notes of bubblegum, grass, dill and chives. Finish is bitter, sweetish and slightly stuffy with some bubblegum, dill and cucumber. This would be pretty good if I was a fan of Sorachi Ace.

Bottle, BB 25.09.2015. Pours slightly hazy golden with off-white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, grass, berries, slight sourness, butter, almost diacetyl like notes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, grass, berries, citrus, and again something that reminds diacetyl. Finish is watery. Overall: major disappointment. I generally like Pühaste beers, I like sorachi ace, I like IPL-s, but this just doesn’t work for me. I couldn’t even finish half of the bottle...

33cl bottle from Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours clear deep golden with a white head. Fairly fruity and hoppy aroma with strange notes, moderate grassy and hints of caramel. Still not comfortable with Sorachi Ace. Moderate with hoppy flavours and a medium bitter finish. Decent brew, just not my kind of hop...
