Bottle. An unclear, golden colored beer topped by a dense, off-white head. The aroma has a very faint piney and grassy scent, with lemon peel and some dough. Notes of melted butter in the flavor, a decent bitterness blending in with the pine, grass and lemon known from the aroma. Medium body, quite dry on the palate. A decent beer that the brewer insists on cellaring for some months. I prefer it fresh. 140613

Sample at Bergen Ølfestival 2014. Clear amber with a white head.Aroma and taste of citrus, hops and light malt. Also some caramel and fruit. Soft and easy to drink. Nothing special but a drinkable one.

16.06.2014, 0,5l bottle @ BBGTC tasting:
Small slightly bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is heather, hay, grain, weeds, hints of honey. Taste is slightly dry, almost medical, paper, grain, almonds, heather, weeds, cardboard, hints of grass and honey. Medium bitterness, harsh mouthfeel. Meh! Dry hopping a beer, and then storing it for a while... What a waste!!

Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, grass, floral, alcohol and hint of citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long grassy and slightly warm finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Appearance: Hazy golden golden color, with a fine thick white head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Mild aroma for a dry hopped ale. Mild hoppy and fruity.
Palate: Medium + body. Tad sweet, and an ok bitterness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Fruity, malty, mild grassy and mild hoppy.
Overall impression: A decent ale. But when I read dry hopped on the label….I want MORE!
