On tap at Monk’s Cafe, Philadelphia. A hazy, golden beer topped by a dense, beige, finger-thick head. Fruity, sourish aroma with a flower note. Some lemon in the flavor, it’s tart and medium to full-bodied on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Fruity and lightly flowery flavor, with a lasting aftertaste. A bit boring on the nose this one, but it’s tasteful and interesting anyway. Sort of quenching too. 150622

Pours hazy copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, fruit, tartness and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long slightly dry, tart and fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
