Tap @ Apotekergården. Unclear golden body with a white head. Light aroma of pale malt and esters, hint of Belgium yeast. Flavor is mild malt, fruiy, Belgium spicy yeast, esters and low bitterness. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Nothing extraordinary really, but decent enough within a Belgium golden/blonde style.

Golden with a white head - Malt aorma with some spicy notes - Malt body with some spicy yeaty notes with some fruity tones - The spicy fruity yeasty flavours goes into the finish - This was nice

More a standard blond than a Belgian blonde. Quite weak yeast profile. Still a quite nice and easy drinkable beer. Looks really nice with a glowing blonde body and a fine white head. Quite fruity and herbal flavor with a fine malty backbone.

Taste is slightly dry and harsh floral, weeds, hay, minerals, bark, alcohol, flowers, medicine, soil, moss, grass, paper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh medical mouthfeel. Meh!

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a hazy pale orange golden beer with a small white head. Belgian yeast, generic fruityness and a grassy touch. It’s quite dry on the palate, medium bodied and perhaps a bit heavy on the carbonation. Wouldn’t mind more bitterness in this one, even though it’s not really sweet. Fruity, lightly yeasty flavor, with some grass and pale malts. Long fruity and quite bitter actually in the finish. Not bad, perhaps a bit simple, but it’s a blonde. Rating: 6-3-6-3-13. 161001
Tried again, new batch. Sure a different brew, it’s crisper, fruitier and more influenced by the yeast, both in the aroma and in the flavor. Raised the score slightly. 170106
