On tap at Kristiansand Ølfestival. It’s an unclear, golden-yellow beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has banana, yeast and a generic fruityness, with hints of peppers and spices. It’s medium bodied and dry with a nice carbonation. Too much on the banana side in the flavor too I think, with the peppery yeast lurking in the back. Decent bitterness. Well, not my favorite saison, but it slides down easily and feel rather refreshing. 150822

On tap @ Patricks. Unclear yellow orange body with a small white head. Aroma is quite mild, slightly spicy, wheat and hint of citric fruit. Flavor is rather weak as well, mild wheat, some spices and light fruity. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Drinkable but seems to be a bit volatile.
