500 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a small white head. Strong and nice aroma of grapefruit and blackcurrant leaf with some spices. Flavor is light and refreshing with some malt, fruit like aroma and god bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite nice this one even if I think it won’t be my first choice for lutefisk.

Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Citric, some yeast and mild spiced aroma with an ok intensity. Medium body with a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Citric, yeast and some spices in the flavor. More lemon-ish as the temperature rise. Quite saison-ish beer.

Bottle. It has a light haze and a small, white head. Clear body. Seems to be rather low on carbonation. Dusty, chalky almost herbal nose with a solid piney, grassy touch and some faint notes of bready malts. It’s very dry on the palate, with the expected soft carbonation. Medium body. Some bready pale malts in the back of the flavor, with grassy, piney hops dominating the flavor, and there’s also a nice bitterness level. Long finish. A rather unusual one, guess it’s the hop scheme that does this. Still, quite nice once you get used to the slightly weird aroma. 151122

Lys brun noe tåkete med to fingre høyt hvitt skum. Lykter eple, melon og stikkelsbær. Middels fyldig. Lett bitterhet i smak mot blomster og sitrusskall. Kort bitter avsluttning.
