2023 Ed. Small, rather resistant white head, bit fluffy, over pale golden hazy beer with fine pearling. Bit soapy nose, lime, paradise seed, kümmel. Immediate sourish onset, itself immediately followed by spicy flavour - again as paradise seed, black cumin etc., limerind, and whisky in the background. Quite carbonated feel; slick, very faint alcoholwarmth. It's complex, yes. It's neat, cared for, yes. But it remains a "brut beer", something pretending that it isn't, and more boring even than what it wants to emulate. Txs to Stef!
