Clean, golden-amber colour with a fizzy light-beige head disappearing quickly and just leaving a thin ring. Light strawberry nose with a tad funk-sourness. The sour notes really come out in the taste, but not puckering, with the mild strawberries flowing well and a touch of tart left on the tongue. Not a bad Fruit Sour that is easy to drink.

Strawberry, orange peel, malt, and hay aroma. Dark golden yellow with small head. Mildly sweet strawberry, biscuit malt, moderately sour citric acid, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body.
