Tap @Patricks. Slightly unclear golden body under a big, fine white head. Mild aroma of light pale malt with just a hint of fresh fruit without any specific flavor. Taste is light and smooth malt, nice hoppy fruit somewhere between fruit, berries and grapes. Nice balanced bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Well brewed, well balanced thirst quencher. Perhaps not a very typical American pale ale, could easily go for a hoppy blond as well. Quite enjoyable anyway. (No diacetyl in this batch).

On tap at Patrick's. A hazy orange colored beer with a creamy off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma has some diacetyl, with pale malts and some caramel hints. Lightly fruity. It's full bodied, soft and with a very subtle bitterness. Fruity flavor with caramel, pale malts and diacetyl. Lasting finish. Way too much diacetyl going on here. 180623
