Tap @ the brewpub. Unclear reddish orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma is acidic fruity with light raspberry and hint of vanilla with some yogurt as well. Flavor is mild acidic fruit and berries, mostly raspberry, some minerals, hint of yogurt and vanilla towards the end. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite nice but nothing outstanding.

Christianssand Brygghus 090318. Red golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is vanilla, raspberriesd, sourness. Flavor is fruit, berries, lemon, vanilla, raspberries, sourness. Very nice and easy drinkable beer.

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear, glowing orange colored beer with a minimal sized off-white head. Some lacing. Fruity berries, vanilla, raspberry, some lemon and a faint bready, malty touch. It's medium bodied, semi-sweet and very softly carbonated, with some raspberry seed bitterness and a light and pleasant acidity. Raspberry, vanilla, generic fruityness and some grassy hints in the flavor. Lasting finish. A delicious one indeed, well suited for rice pudding and other sweet desserts. Or just to drink. 180323
