Bottle, shared by Cunningham. An almost clear amber colored beer with a small light beige head. The aroma has some forest, with juniper, yeast, caramel and some generic fruityness. It's full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Caramel, bread, some yeast and a nice forest-like, yeast flavor. Long finish. A quite pleasant one indeed, although it's not a very drinkable beer. 180308

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, wet hay, old potato cellar, heather, sap, bark, paper, minerals, yeast, wet grain, old lawn. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, wet hay, bloodlike minerals, bark, yeast, old potato cellar, heather, sap, paper, sawdust, juniper, old wash cloth, wet grain. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.

I do not have that much experience with raw beer and with kveik (ancient norwegian yeast). But I would not mind having more of this beer. Nice and tasty. Also quite easy drinkable stuff.
Almost clear dark nutty color with a fine off white head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Mellow sweetness and a mild acidity. Not that much bitterness. Kind of oily texture. Nice flavor that had different layers depending on the temperature. Forrest dominated at high temperature. Also banana, yeast, herbal, juniper. fruity and caramel.
