Cask, at The Wharf. An almost clear dark golden to amber colored beer with a small, white bread. Some lacing. Rather weak aroma, some bread and a grapefruity fruityness, with a faint touch of anise seed in the far back. It's soft and medium bodied, semi-dry, with a low carbonation level. Grapefruit, pine cones, done generic citrus zest and a light bread touch in the flavor. Nice bitterness, and a quote long finish. The aroma wasn't much to write home about, but the flavor is quite nice. 180224
