Small fizzy shortlasting head, nice hazy light pink-orangy color. Aroma is nice sour-ish fruity at first, with berry skin, fruit stones, sour red currants, hay and grass. As it gets a little warmer, some bad aromas starts showing up as well: weeds, minerals, old hay, old urinal and old lawn. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, fruit stones, berry skin, sour red currants, soda powder, fruit salt, hints of grain. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough, as it's blood fresh. It'll only get better with time...

Bakgården Både & 230917. Red orange color with a white head. Aroma is red currant, berries, yeast, sourness. Flavor is red current, berries, sourness, yogurt, fruit, berries, acidic. Refreshing beer.

Tap @ Både &, Kristiansand. Unclear yellow golden body with a dense white head. Aroma is mature fruit with a hint of honey and yogurt. Flavor is surprisingly different from aroma, much more refreshing fruit/berries, acidic, some yogurt, minerals and wheat at the very end. Medium and mostly acidic berries/lactic aftertaste. Quite nice but a bit unbalanced somehow – at least on the aroma side.

On tap at Både&. It's a hazy golden-orange beer with a small white head. Fruity aroma with both rhubarb and red berries. Some wheat and funky malts. It's medium bodied, medium tart and with a very soft carbonation. Fruity flavor too, sour and tart, with berries and rhubarb. Lasting fruity finish. Too little impact from the berries in this one, but it's a refreshing beer. 170923
