Tap @ the brewpub. Slightly unclear golden body with a white head. Quite mild malty aroma with a little spicy yeast touch. Flavor is mild, smooth pale malt, some spicy yeast. Medium body and moderate in aftertaste. Soft and quaffable beer, but I don’t find the wheat nor banana and coriander flavors here that’s been noted by the previous raters. Wonder if they served me the golden ale instead? Would re-try by next visit.

Golden with a white head - Wheat aroma with some spicy notes - Wheat malt body with some spicy notes from yeast and hints of bitterness - The wheat flavour goes into the finish - This was nice

Apotekergaarden 070717. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is hop, coriander, oranges, wheat. Flavor is hop, coriander, oranges, wheat, banana, lemon, grass. Easy drinkable nice beer. Pleasant.

On tap at the source. A hazy golden-orange colored beer with a white head of two finger size. Banana, some sugar, lemon, wheat, cloves, some pine cones and grass in the aroma. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a nice bitterness. It’s medium to full bodied, a bit less carbonated than a regular weiss, but nice. Lasting finish. A very pleasant weissbier indeed. 170707
