Bottle, thx to Bergstaden/the brewery. As Nidaros Amber. An unclear amber to brown colored beer with a big, beige head. The aroma is roasted and fruity with a sourish berry touch. Coffee hints too. It’s full-bodied and nicely carbonated, quite sourish, and dry. Roasted malts, coffee hints, some fruityness and a distinct berry-ish sourness. Blackberries perhaps. Long roasted, fruity and sourish finish. Not sure if the sourness is intended or not, but it sort of suits the beer. But I’m also not sure if I really like it or not, so my score is somewhere in between. 170517

Hazy amber with an off white head - Malty aroma with some caramle notes and ther is olso a berry/woody note in the back - Nice malt body with some berry flavours, and there is some hops there as well - The malt goes into the finish - This was a nice beer
