On tap at Duggfrisk. It serves and unclear dark orange colored body under a dense, light beige finger-thick head. There’s a good dash of coffee in the aroma, rather unusual for a pale beer, but this was delicious. Generic fruityness, pine cones and citrus as well. It has a good bitterness in the mouth, a lovely coffee flavor too, and a good dash of citrus and pine cones as well. It’s full-bodied and soft on the palate, with a delicious finish where there in addition to the hop flavors and coffee found initially, is also a hint of dark chocolate. A lovely coffee infused beer. 160820

10.12.2016, tap @ BD57:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, grass, smoked chili, minerals, sap, alcohol, boiled vegetables, raw cabbage, bark. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, grass, flowers, paper, bark, mild smoked chili, sap, hay, sawdust, light malts. Medium bitterness, dry floral mouthfeel. Just weird.

Superficial festival rating from Duggfrisk 2016: Clear golden body with a big, creamy off-white head. Wonderful aroma dominated by quality coffee with some roasted malt. Flavor has also a lot of good coffee, smooth roasted malt, fruity and a bit chocolate. Fine balanced in flavor, body and bitterness. Nice aftertaste. A really nice sample of a coffee stout with a little surprise between color and flavor.

What a nice tasty brew!
Clear toffee golden color with a creamy thick off white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft carbonation. Nice balanced sweetness. Creamy texture. Toffee, coffee, mild roast and a fine mild spiced back.
