Bottle. A clear pinkish cherry red drink. The aroma has lots of strawberry and tropical fruits, with a touch of vanilla and honey. It's full bodied, lightly sweet and with a nice warming touch. A light carbonation too. Berries, tropical fruits, some chili and a pleasant sweetness in the flavor. Lasting finish with a pleasant chili touch and burn. 191230

Håndverkølfestivalen 2019. Red color with a small pinkish head. Aroma is honey, cherries. Flavor is honey, cherries, hint of strawberries, sugar, passion fruit, chili, red bberries. Lovely mead.

Tap@ Bakgården. Beautiful, crystal clear, deep red body with a big white head that fades to absolutely nothing within one minute. Aroma has honey, fresh red berries and passion fruit. Flavor has a nice and balanced combination of sweet and acidic with just a gentle chilly burn at the end, there is sweet honey and ripe citric fruit with slightly acidic red berries, I think I can taste raspberries but it got to be imagination as it’s not on the list. The chilly part is just perfect, not much but just enough to give a warm feeling down the trough, particular in the aftertaste. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste. Fun, original and well made.

Clear red pour with no head Nice intensity in the aroma. Nice strawberry profile A bit sweet and oily texture Mild fresh carbonation level lifted this one Fruity, strawberry and a hint of chili in the back here Nice tasty stuff [On tap at Fredrikstad Ølfestival 2019]

Small fizzy shortlasting head, nice light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, hibiscus, dusty strawberries, grass, minerals, fruit stones, hay, sour red berries, passionfruit, mild grassy chili, hints of honey. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, dried red berries, passionfruit, sour strawberries, grass, minerals, fruit stones, citrus, hints of toasted honey and mild grassy chili. Slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel with a mild chili sting building up slowly. Nice, but I want more heat...
