Tap @ the brewpub. Hazy purple bosy with a small, disappearing pale, pink head. Aroma is fruity and berries with blackcurrant dominance and hint of minerals. Flavor has a nice sweet and sour balance, not too sweet and not very sour. Fruit/berries like aroma, dominated by blackcurrant puree, hint of salt and some kind of milky sourness. A bit unusually compared with similar kettle sours, but quite pleasant. Can’t have too much of this, but fun for a small glass.

On tap at the brewpub. A candy red beer with a small pinkish white head. Yoghurt, dough, generic fruityness and some berries on the nose. It's medium bodied and semi-dry on the palate, with a smooth carbonation. Some berries in the flavor too, but at a moderate level. Long fruity finish with berries and lemony sourness dominating. Refreshing, but a bit dull. 190215
