Bottle. Clear dark golden body with a small off-white head. Not much aroma, hint of malt and some kind of fruitiness. Flavor is sweet and harsh, mostly malt driven lager’ish. Drinkable, but not very elegant or interesting.

Gylden brun klar med høyt beige skum. Lukter kandis, nøtter og noe trevirke. Middels - i fylde. Smaker søt, middels bitter brent karamell, noe floralsk.

Bottle. A hazy amber colored beer with a finger-thick beige head. The aroma is lightly sourish and soapy, with bready malts and some faint roasted hints. Some dried fruits. The flavor has some sweetness, but bready, lightly roasted malts dominates. Dark dried fruits and some bitterness chiming in, along with a spiced, grassy hints and a wee touch of anise. Medium body, quite dry, with a pleasant but for the style perhaps a bit heavy carbonation. Bready, fruity finish with some roasted malts and a touch of coffee. Not really sure about this one. There's some qualities, but it don't seem to be entirely clean either. Anyway, it's not the kind of beer I'll buy again, but I finished my glass. 180922
