Them Plums - Hardanger Sour

Tap @ Bakgården Både &. Unclear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is fruity acidic and I don’t get so much more out it aroma wise. Flavor is also a bit one-dimensional with a fruity sourness dominating most of it. It’s still quite nice and refreshing but there is a big lack of complexity. The bartender actually used this as a base for a drink, just for fun and it worked out quite well.

Hazy golden with a white head - Fruity aroma - Tart fruity flavour that olso has some bitterness in the back - The tart fruity flavour goes into the finish - This was good

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, nectarine, fruit stones, hay, dusty apples, unripe plums, grass, light malts, hints of soda powder. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, sorrel, hay, fruit stones, nectarine, grass, dusty apples, unripe plums, soda powder, hay, minerals. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, but too fresh I guess.

On tap at Både&. An unclear orange coloured beer with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma with surprisingly much plum aroma. Essence? Some tropical notes. It's full bodied, smooth, soft and velvety, with flavors of plums, both yellow and blue, some tropical fruit and a grassy touch. Hints of bread. Long finish. Normally plums don't leave much aroma or flavor, but it's in abundance here. Nice, but nothing more though. 180914

Bakgården Både & 050818. Golden -yellow color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, plums , fruit. Flavor is sourness, plums, fruit, acidic. OK beer.
