On tap at På Kornet. It’s a lightly unclear orange-golden colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head. It has a superfruity aroma with mango and some passionfruit, and something making me think lactose might have been added. Mango, some pine cones, a decent bitterness and notes of orange zest in the flavor, with an astringent fruity, hoppy mouthfeel. Smooth, lightly tart and nicely carbonated, with a lasting fruity finish. A pleasant one for sure, but also a bit weird in a way. 171020

På Kornet Stavanger 201017. Pale amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is sour berries, raspberries, gooseberries. Flavor is sour berries, mango, raspberries, gooseberries, fruit, malt, hop. OKNice beer

Small fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, weeds, soda powder, hay, grass, minerals, old wash cloth, fruit stones, berry skin, sour tropical fruits, unripe berries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, soda powder, minerals, bark, paper, fruit stones, hay, berry skin, cardboard, old sour wash cloth, ashes, grain, unripe berries, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Bummer!
