Bottle @ Meny Vågsbygd. Slightly unclear golden body with a white head. Both aroma and flavor is mainly ginger and as I happened to like ginger brews this is fine with me and much more appreciated than beers that's totally camouflaged in sweet fruit mixes or vanilla, pastry whatever. Still this is more like a ginger brew than beer and my rating will be based on the way a beer manage to taste like a beer with ginger flavor than just approve the fact that is tastes like a nice ginger brew but where the f%*& did the beer go?

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, minerals, dusty ginger, grass, hay, lime peel, pine needles, bark, soap. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, grass, minerals, dusty ginger, hay, bark, soap, lime peel, soil, tiny hints of dusty chili. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh soapy mouthfeel with a tiny chili sting. Fair enough.

KYGG 250818. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is ginger, chili. Flavor is ginger, chili, malt, citrus. A little bit too much ginger in my opinion.

Clear golden color with a fine bubbly white head. Some lacing down the sides of the glass. Ok intensity in the aroma. Ginger o hoi matey. Average carbonation level. A lot of ginger in the flavor. If you enjoy ginger, wel just go for it. If you do not…….well then there is no point buying this one. Probably outstanding with sushi. Damne I have to get another bottle. I like ginger. A little hint of chili in the back also. Refreshing served cold.

Kveldens store overraskelse her på Mi2 Cardinal, sept-18: En slank men samtidig spenstig og spennende øl med høy forfriskningsfaktor - super balanse mellom ingefær, chili, citrus, malt&humle. Lekker ettersmak med akkurat passe afterburn.
